- Mr. Goldman and MacApp Folks:
-
- I once new a Japanese word for "the thing that makes your life worth living."
- A powerful concept that appears to have no direct English equivalent. Anyway,
- I've forgotten the word. If anyone remembers it or has access to a more
- complete English to Japanese dictionary, please write.
-
- Used as an equivocation of sorts, this word is my contest entry for the
- GUERILLA projects we are considering.
-
- And, as a second entry, and to shed light on my first entry I offer the
- acronym "TTMPWD" (short form) "T&T" for "Thing That Makes Programming Worth
- Doing."
-
- To me that is what this ongoing discussion is all about. It's part of the
- historical "specialness" of the Mac community that we get together and share
- for the sake of quality and the good of each other. If we can pull this off it
- will be a testimony to the spirit of Mac development.
